Lead Product Manager Shape the Future of Smart Mobility & Logistics

The Role:
As Lead Product Manager, you'll drive our product engine-owning the end-to-end flow from discovery to delivery. You'll ensure a predictable roadmap, manage product risks, and align stakeholders to ship high-impact software for transit, government, and logistics customers. With potential to grow into Head of Product, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
You'll Own:
️ Roadmap Execution: Ensure 80% of prioritized initiatives are delivered within the 4-week planning cycle.
️Discovery Pipeline: Maintain a backlog of 6 validated, well-framed challenges ready for shaping.
️Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate 80% of product risks (Value, Viability, Usability, Feasibility) prior to development.
️Stakeholder Alignment: Drive consensus among executives and cross-functional teams, achieving 8/10 alignment on strategic priorities.
️Team Leadership: Mentor and develop Product Managers while cultivating a high-performance culture (team eNPS 40).
We're Looking For:
6-10 years of experience in B2B/B2G SaaS product management, with a track record of successfully scaling product launches.
Demonstrated impact in high-growth environments, with measurable contributions to ARR and customer retention.
Technical proficiency, preferably with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Mastery of product frameworks, including RICE prioritization, Cost-of-Delay analysis, and Agile product development methodologies.
Industry passion, experience or strong interest in sustainability, mobility, or IoT solutions is highly desirable.
