About The Opportunity
We are excited to welcome a dedicated Radiographer to our Maroochydore clinic. This role offers a diverse caseload and the chance to enhance your skills in CT and X-ray using state-of-the-art Siemens Somatom Go Top CT and Fujifilm Medical Systems X-ray equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care, prioritising patient welfare and confidentiality.
- Interpret radiological requests and perform procedures in compliance with legislation and departmental policies.
- Maintain optimal image quality and ensure examinations deliver diagnostic information relevant to clinic requirements.
- Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques and advancements.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
- Prior experience as a Radiographer in General X-Ray and CT.
- Must be able to cannulate
- Hold the appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography and will have a current AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to high-quality patient-centred care.
