About this Position The Head of Business, Operations & Supply Chain Controlling for HAT ANZ is a senior finance leadership role overseeing the full P&L and balance sheet for Henkel Adhesive Technologies in Australia and New Zealand. As a strategic business partner and core member of both Finance and Adhesive Technologies Leadership Teams, the role drives financial performance, supports decision-making across commercial, operational, and supply chain functions, and ensures compliance. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams, while also leading and developing two direct reports to foster a high-performance, continuous improvement culture.

What You´ll Do

  • Present financial results and performance insights to the Leadership Team.
  • Review business performance and align with regional controlling.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for ANZ Adhesive Technologies.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze product and customer profitability.
  • Support strategic and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
  • Manage sales incentives and customer rebate processes.
  • Coach and develop direct reports; drive process improvement and digitalisation.

What makes you a good fit

  • 15 years’ experience in business controlling with strong SAP proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills and commercial mindset.
  • Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and product costing.
  • Strong communicator with effective stakeholder management.
  • Experienced in process improvement, automation, and digitalisation.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance teams.
