About Us

SmartUi started with a clear mission: to free finance teams from the inefficiencies of manual, document-heavy processes. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly; earning the trust of some of the construction industry's most respected names.

As construction companies modernise globally, they turn to SmartUi for tailored, high-impact automation that delivers speed, visibility, and control. Our next chapter is about expanding our platform and our market reach to become the leading Intelligent Document Processing provider for the construction industry.

We're entering an exciting new phase, expanding our platform and our reach; and we need a commercially minded, digitally capable and strategically aware marketer to help tell our story and drive growth.

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced all-round Marketing Manager who can build, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing programs to meet lead generation targets, support sales, and elevate SmartUi’s presence and brand in the market. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own both the strategic marketing and execution across website, CRM, digital, content, campaign, events, and analytics.

You’ll play a key role in aligning marketing with sales targets, refining our ICP messaging for construction industry decision-makers, and supporting our critical Premier partnership strategy.

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, Head of Sales, and product teams, and be supported by our fractional Head of Marketing who will provide strategic guidance and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Own and manage Zoho marketing automation workflows to drive nurturing and conversion.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across paid and organic channels (website, email, social, search) aligned with construction ICP.
  • Develop and test performance-focused content to drive leads and sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Align all demand programs to quarterly pipeline targets, with clear reporting.

Content & Messaging

  • Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar tailored to the construction industry, including case studies, thought leadership, and video.
  • Collaborate with sales to create compelling sales enablement assets that address construction finance pain points.
  • Help evolve our messaging to support our Premier Construction Software partnership marketing and direct market expansion.

Partner & Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners like Premier.
  • Coordinate and activate our presence at key industry events (e.g. Premier Synergy Conference, construction expos).
  • Support small-mid scale brand and customer events to drive pipeline and reinforce our position as constructions automation partner.

Website & SEO

  • Manage website CMS updates and work with SEO partners to improve ICP-targeted visibility.
  • Support testing and optimisation for lead conversion.

Social & Digital Presence

  • Own LinkedIn strategy and execution (organic and paid).
  • Monitor performance, generate insights, and adjust strategy to meet lead volume targets.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build dashboards that track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and quarterly pipeline contribution.
  • Report regularly to leadership on progress toward revenue targets.

Who You Are

3–5 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS or technology marketing role with proven results in pipeline generation.

Experience marketing to mid-market or enterprise decision-makers (CFOs, Heads of Finance).

Confident working with Zoho Automation/Campaigns (or similar) and comfortable managing CRM processes and lead workflows.

Strong understanding of sales enablement needs in complex buying cycles.

Comfortable with data; you enjoy measuring what’s working and iterating.

Curious, proactive, and commercially minded.
