We are in an exciting time of growth and that means growing our fantastic Customer Care Team. We are looking for several full time Customer Care Consultants to join us in Canning Vale WA, to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base.

Our roles vary from entry level to experienced customer service capability.

Whilst you will be focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market, no day will ever be the same! We have a learning and development program for the right candidates so you will be set up for success from the beginning.

We are hiring quickly, with recruitment assessment centres starting soon, and an immediate start for those that are successful. Previous applicants for our Customer Care roles are also encouraged to apply.

What Your New Role Entails

  • Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer interaction activities
  • Handle all Sales / Service & Backorder enquiries and strive for a first point of call resolution and a Service Excellence experience
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting the needs of customers to ensure their full satisfaction, by providing timely and quality service
  • Identify and assess customer requirements through appropriate questioning techniques to provide the best service and product mix to achieve the best DIFOT result
  • Foster good Customer communication to comfortably determine potential future sales or cross selling opportunities
  • Plan for upcoming problems or opportunities relevant to customers and recommend and drive appropriate action via strong relationships with our Sales Managers and Customers
  • Seek opportunities to improve processes or create efficiencies within your work area and team
  • Foster teamwork and always offer assistance to others

We have an amazing training program available so if you’re concerned you don’t have all the skills yet - we will train you!

What You’ll Bring With You

  • A curious and learning mindset to engage and grow with us
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
  • Confidence and experience with the Microsoft suite of products - Excel and Word are essential in this role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Time management skills
  • Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
  • Attention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasks
  • Work in a team environment that collaborates and celebrates!
