We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead (Internal Job Title Is Best Practice Specialist) to join our Brewing Department on a Permanent full-time basis in our Lidcombe brewery. We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead (Internal Job Title Is Best Practice Specialist) to join our Brewing Department on a Permanent full-time basis in our Lidcombe brewery. What You’ll Do
- Coach and build Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) capability across the brewing department to foster a culture of ownership, loss elimination, and strategic alignment.
- Lead the development and deployment of Best Practice / TPM tools and work packages to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team engagement.
- Contribute to the Site Strategy, Masterplan, and Value Creation initiatives as part of the Site Steering Group.
- Facilitate and coordinate TPM improvement cycles across brewing to achieve key KPI and KAI outcomes.
- Own the BOS audit compliance and uphold visual management standards across the department.
- Develop and maintain knowledge in key systems such as SAP, PowerBI, and SEQIS.
- Govern training compliance plans and skills matrices to build future capability within the brewing team.
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or TPM.
- Experience leading or coaching teams in a manufacturing or operations setting.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and drive sustainable cultural change.
- Digital literacy with tools such as SAP, PowerBI, and Kronos.
- Tertiary qualifications in Brewing, Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
