Salary

$112,000 to $125,000 per annum, plus 12% superannuation and a 9 day fortnight. Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications and experience

About The Role

Reporting to the Property Asset Manager, the position provides input into the strategic delivery of Council’s property program. The role provides senior technical expertise, and statutory land management advice across broad ranging, large-scale, high-value, and complex land and transaction matters including Crown Land, ensuring the delivery of property initiatives, meeting any compliance and regulatory requirements, and delivering strong commercial outcomes for Council

About You - Position Requirements

You enjoy working in a fast paced and varied environment, collaborating with functional teams, to achieve positive outcomes. Experience with Crown Land and road closures will be highly regarded, as will expertise in Local Government property matters. You will hold qualifications in Land Economics, Valuation, Law or equivalent business experience.
