About the role:

The Loyalty Manager is responsible for managing the loyalty programs across the Sigma Brands.

The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to review the value propositions and revamp our loyalty program strategy and activations for the Amcal and Discount Drug Stores loyalty programs to drive customer and consumer awareness, retention and engagement.


Key responsibilities:

  • Review the performance of the programs, redefine the strategy and reinvigorate go-to-market activity to drive customer and consumer engagement, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Establish a reporting framework and key performance metrics for the programs, evaluating performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty programs into marketing initiatives and ensure consistency across channels and deliver business objectives.
  • Manage strategic partner relationships to maximize mutual benefit and support program objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Evaluate and enhance the consumer experience across all touchpoints including in-store, digital, CRM and e-Commerce.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in all loyalty program and partnership activities.
  • Support field teams to drive store engagement through training and communication packs.
  • Monthly budgeting and business reporting
  • Relationship custodian for 3rd party vendors and agency partners and their performance.
  • Lead and mentor the Loyalty team



What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Loyalty or related degree.
  • 8+ years hands-on experience in a similar role with minimum 3 years managerial experience
  • Prior experience in a franchise / retail organisation and/or in health and wellness
  • Experience using CRM platforms (front end)
  • Experience with ASMI advertising code
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships
  • Comfortable presenting and communicating to all levels of management
  • Superb project and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, strategic lateral thinking and thought leadership skills
