About You You’re someone who thrives on helping others reach their full potential. With a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehab Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work and registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW, you bring strong clinical expertise and leadership skills to the table.

About the Role As a full-time Area Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping the professional growth of our consultants. You’ll be at the forefront of mentoring, training, and fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance, ensuring your team excels
  • Conducting monthly strategic reviews and file audits to maintain the highest standards
  • Balancing clinical and commercial goals—because delivering quality is our top priority!
