About The Role

Grampians Health is seeking a Senior Business Partner, Project Management Office (PMO) to lead the development of organisational project delivery capability. This strategic role is central to building maturity in project, program, and portfolio management across the organisation. You will apply your expert knowledge in best-practice methodologies to support all phases of project delivery and governance—ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, optimised resource use, and enhanced visibility through data-driven reporting.

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, project management, or a related field
  • Experience in a PMO or business transformation role within a complex organisation (health sector experience desirable)
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., P3M, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficient in project management platforms and tools (e.g., Excel, Sandbox)
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills across diverse stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide Project Portfolio Management (PPM) framework
  • Provide governance, advice, and oversight across all project phases, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
  • Build organisational capability through tailored training, toolkits, and project management methodologies
  • Optimise and manage PMO systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to support executive decision-making
  • Mentor project teams and promote consistent application of standards and best practices
