About the role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team as our first employee in the Bundaberg, QLD area of Australia.

This role will be pivotal in BeeHero's expansion into new crop markets.

You build and maintain strong customer relationships and introduce growers to BeeHero's cutting-edge pollination services and our award-winning Pollantion Insight Platform, with a focus on macadamia and avocado.

You will manage the customer onboarding, logistics, renewals, and account expansion.

Most importantly, you'll join an inclusive community of creative, fun-loving, and ambitious individuals, where you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of honeybees.

The location of the role is in Bundaberg, QLD

The position will require you to travel ~20% of the time

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and manage our customers through onboarding and renewal
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics
  • Monitor account health and identify expansion opportunities
  • Drive product adoption and usage – not sure I understand what it means. Can we omit it from the responsibilities?
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
  • Secure renewals and grow existing accounts
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams
  • Create customer success stories and case studies
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally
  • Support sales as needed
  • Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided – Can you rephrase this task and add it to the responsibilities list please?

Requirements:

  • Hold at least a Bachelor degree.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Customer Success within the AgTech industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle customer issues and escalations effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
