What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
  • Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
  • Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
  • Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
  • Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

What You’ll Bring

  • Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or related field or be eligible for an exemption
  • If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, you may be eligible for an exemption
  • Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
  • Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights

Your First Week

We’ll make sure you feel prepared and confident from day one. You’ll start your journey on a Monday, attending a full week of face-to-face induction at our Baulkham Hills head office (5 days of in-person attendance required).
