About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily admin support to site supervisors
- Handle general office admin tasks – ordering supplies, maintaining records and more
- Communicate with customer service and transport teams to support truck dispatch
- Manage onboarding for new starters and coordinate staff training
- Maintain and update safety and quality management systems
- Support audits, contractor compliance, and documentation control
- Process invoices, POs and goods receipting
- Thrives in a fast-paced operational setting
- Has a strong understanding of manufacturing or logistics environments
- Is organised, adaptable and proactive
- Enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, from site supervisors to transport coordinators
- Has solid admin skills, including Microsoft Office and business systems
