About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer– Data Warehouse Replacement to join our team and lead a critical program of work for one of our major clients. This role involves the replacement of the Data Warehouse, with a strong focus on replicating existing data frameworks using Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SQL.
You will lead the technical delivery, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of the modern data platform.

- Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer in complex data environments
- Expertise in Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, SQL, and Azure Cloud Services
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data orchestration
- Demonstrated success in data warehouse replacement or migration projects
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams while managing stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Prior experience working in retail or pharmaceutical industry environments
- Experience in data governance, metadata management, and data quality practices
- Knowledge of DevOps/DataOps principles in a cloud data context
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods
