The Operations Division Leadership team is responsible for delivering meaningful insights and reporting as well as continued process improvement within Macquarie’s Corporate Operations Group.
This is a 12 month contract

What role will you play?
In this role you will partner with our Shared Service Centre to ensure a smooth end to end delivery of timely, value add reporting and analysis. Working alongside multiple teams in Operations and across Macquarie you will be providing insights and analysis to help the Operations Leadership team effectively manage their cost base including an understanding of their businesses and how they recover monthly costs out to the operating groups who consume the services provided.

What You Offer
- Qualified accountant
- Proven finance experience within financial services or a Big 4 accounting firm
- Experience leading an offshore team as well as a proactive attitude, inquisitive nature, and an ability to quickly grasp new concepts will be key to your success
- Financial planning and analysis skills through experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and a process improvement mindset with an interest in working with colleagues in on and offshore.
