Pacific Talent Partners is proud to partner with a global technology leader in the Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) space to appoint a Partner Relationship Manager (ANZ). This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, Australian-headquartered business at the forefront of secure omni-channel messaging. You will be responsible for driving business growth and market expansion by building and nurturing a world-class partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand.
The Role
This strategic, individual contributor role is focused on enabling and scaling business growth through new and existing partners, particularly Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). The successful candidate will be a key champion for our client within the partner community, responsible for managing all commercial, contractual, and go-to-market aspects of the relationships. You will coach and enable partner teams to drive significant sales outcomes, positioning the company's award-winning CPaaS platform as a core component of their value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and govern the performance of existing strategic partners, including MNOs, to drive mutual growth and ensure alignment.
- Develop and deliver high-impact sales enablement, training, and resources to empower partner sales and product teams.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to expand market reach and create new revenue streams.
- Lead the 'productisation' of joint offerings, ensuring partners are contractually and technically equipped to represent the full capability of the company's platform.
- Drive large-deal strategy and pipeline development through the partner channel, providing subject matter expertise on complex, solution-led sales cycles.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within partner organisations to facilitate strategic alignment and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market execution and support joint selling activities.
- Directly contribute to achieving pipeline, revenue, and growth targets for the ANZ region through the partner ecosystem.
- Bring best-practice strategic thinking to identify and develop innovative business models that create a step-change in opportunity and profitable growth.
