About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. This role provides essential administrative support across various functions, including internal systems, financial operations, and workshop purchase orders. You will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering positive relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Invoicing customers: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered.
  • Financial reporting: Prepare daily volume reports, monthly accruals, and other financial documentation.
  • Accounts Payable processing: Manage supplier invoices and address account inquiries promptly.
  • Driver support: Assist in job readiness by coordinating job details, inductions, and documentation.
  • Procurement: Order stationery, tools, or equipment as needed for the business.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries and emails with customers and suppliers.
  • Document management: Photocopy, file, bind, and laminate documents as necessary.
  • Administrative support: Prepare letters and assist with other office support tasks as requested.
