Netwealth is committed to creating a brighter future through meaningful corporate sustainability initiatives that foster positive environmental and social impact. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sustainability to lead our sustainability strategy and drive initiatives that align with our values.
This is a high-profile and influential role. As Netwealth’s sustainability subject matter expert, you will shape and advance our sustainability framework, helping embed sustainability into every aspect of our business.
As Senior Manager, Sustainability, you will:
We’re seeking a strategic and experienced sustainability professional ready to step into a leadership role.
You bring a strong foundation in sustainability and corporate social responsibility, with the ability to influence at senior levels and drive meaningful change across the organisation.
If you’ve been a senior contributor or 2IC in a sustainability team and are ready to lead, this is your opportunity.

As Senior Manager, Sustainability, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of Netwealth’s sustainability governance and risk management strategy.
- Drive initiatives that create positive environmental and social impact, including corporate partnerships and community engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate sustainability into business operations and decision-making.
- Represent Netwealth in industry forums and sustainability networks, sharing best practices and insights.
- Manage sustainability-related risks, including climate, regulatory, and reputational risks.
- Lead transparent reporting, including our Annual Corporate Sustainability Report and Modern Slavery Statement.
- Provide secretarial and subject matter expertise support to our employee-led Impact Committee.

Specifically, Skills And Experience Include.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or community engagement roles.
- Proven experience as a 2IC or senior contributor in a sustainability team, with readiness to step into a lead role.
- Experience supporting the development and implementation of sustainability strategies within financial services or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and their integration with sustainability considerations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and measurement of sustainability outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills for Executive leadership, Board committees, and external audiences.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and with external partners.
- Experience managing community partnerships and social impact programs.
