What’s the role?

The role of Senior Manager, Process and Intelligent Automation at Westpac involves championing automation technologies to help business units achieve their goals. The successful candidate will manage stakeholder engagement from initial contact to handover for solution delivery, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication. They will oversee engagement across Intelligent Automation and Process Mining teams, aligning efforts and coordinating tasks. The role requires a deep understanding of technical capabilities and experience in consulting to elicit stakeholder requirements, triage requests, and funnel opportunities to delivery teams.

What do I need?

  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, engagement and/or consultancy in related technology within the banking and finance industry
  • Knowledge of process mining, intelligent automation and emerging technologies, and their application, is critical in this role
  • Project Management and strong organisational skills to manage multiple enquiries and ensure timely delivery of engagement activities
  • Analytical skills to analyse business problems and data to inform decision-making processes
  • Experience in agile ways of working
