The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Commercial Analyst to join our Investment Management & Research team at Netwealth. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on managing the day-to-day administration of our third-party fund manager relationships.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new funds, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal teams with contract and rebate processes that underpin our platform’s service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbox queries from external stakeholders regarding onboarding of managed funds, rebates, reporting, and service setup
  • Managing the fund rebate process, including updating the relevant legal agreements and coordinating with internal operations to implement
  • Preparing first draft legal agreements and updating service agreements
  • Maintaining registers and contract records in Excel
  • Liaising with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with external stakeholders by delivering exceptional service and professionalism
  • Ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements

About You

You bring extensive financial services experience, a talent for cultivating trusted relationships, and a strong sense of ownership, delivering exceptional service with precision and professionalism.

Specific skills and experience include:

  • Strong understanding of financial services, specifically platforms, financial advice and wealth management is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured and process-oriented mindset
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills; familiarity with Adobe Sign is ideal
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities
  • Experience supporting legal or compliance teams within financial services will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to stakeholder engagement
