This role involves managing the Production Team, scheduling, ensuring quality standards, and meeting project deadlines. You will collaborate with the Estimating and the Projects Team to streamline operations and deliver high-quality products that meet client specifications.

- Experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally within the shopfitting.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and project management software (Procore), production planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a diverse team.
- Effective delegation, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and interact with staff and stakeholders.
