Infrastructure Engineer

Opportunity

Our client is an ASX listed asset management and services company based in Melbourne’s CBD. They have a great opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer to join on contract starting ASAP.

• 6 month initial contract, with good likelihood of further extensions
• Central CBD location, hybrid working environment 3 days in office per week
• Daily rates negotiable, expected range $700 to $900 depending on experience
  
  

Role

This is a mid to senior level Infrastructure Engineer contract. This role will cover a combination of project work to design and build new infrastructure, upgrades, and improvements, as well as BAU support and administration across a busy technology division.

About You

• Significant experience as an Infrastructure Engineer
• Broad technical skills across AWS cloud, Windows, and Linux
• AWS certifications (mandatory) and other relevant tertiary qualifications
• Outstanding stakeholder management across business and technology
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write detailed designs, diagrams etc
• Excellent verbal communication skills including engagement with vendors and internal stakeholders, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and users
