About The Role
As an Enrolments & Admissions Advisor you will provide details of study options to help prospective delegates, and the employers of prospective delegates to help them make an informed decision on which course will best help them meet their aspirations. Potential delegate / student enquiries will have come in via past delegates, current employer partners, or via social media or website lodged enquiries. Once a course has been chosen, the delegate is to be fully enrolled, with payment taken, and paperwork sent to allow them to access the upcoming study date agreed to.
This role will be primarily phone based and can be completed partially remotely.
You will share our strong on-going commitment to quality and service to our customers with a passion towards helping individuals meet their career aspirations. This includes converting registrations to enrolments and ensuring students are given support; both pre and post training commencement.

Some Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage inbound and outbound phone and web-based enquiries;
- Provide accurate enrolment advice to prospective delegates;
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs regarding the timeliness of response times, customer service provided, and delegate/student conversions;
- Provide suitability advice to ensure that courses offered are suitable for the potential delegate aligned with their career aspirations;
- Complete enrolment documentation and processes aligned with the course/s chosen to study;
- Demonstrate accurate and efficient use of systems to follow up on leads and process data: Salesforce and Axcelerate;
- Collaborate regularly with internal team members to support high level customer service and solutions and support processes around the design of tailored program offerings and solutions to meet the specific needs of B2B partners;
- Effectively manage the CRM database to identify opportunities for potential enrolments including across ALC Training, Tesserent and Thales clients and propose and support initiatives to drive overall growth across the broader Tesserent group;
- Maximizing lead conversion by taking actions to ensure effective lead management and potential delegate support with leads coming via various sources such as past delegates, employer partners, social media, email, website, and phone.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, email, sending marketing material and information as required;
- Understand and promote all benefits and features of our programs;
- Provide excellent customer service to all potential clients;
- Deliver accurate and compliant information, regarding courses and eligibility;
- Ensure all students registration meet the eligibility requirements and are compliant and error free;
- Maintain and provide lead, engagement and sales reports as required and requested i.e. daily, weekly.
The successful candidate will bring to the role:
- Proven ability to effectively work in a call centre/lead management environment, preferably within the education sector;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a busy team environment;
- An ability to build and nurture strong relationships via both face to face and call centre environments;
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- Experience in an RTO/administrative environment or similar, as well as a strong suite of organisational, problem solving, time management and planning skills;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Salesforce and Axcelerate experience (preferred);
