Your role
As an Associate Civil Engineer in our Land Infrastructure Practice, you'll guide purposeful work that supports the future of the land infrastructure sector. Your role
As an Associate Civil Engineer in our Land Infrastructure Practice, you'll guide purposeful work that supports the future of the land infrastructure sector. Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you’ll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Technical leader across the Queensland Practice, getting involved in the early stages of projects to set them on a successful course and verifying design outputs.
- Mentoring and coaching Engineers across our Queensland Practice.
- Collaborating across disciplines – work closely with a range of experts to explore creative solutions to system needs
- Client facing as you assist with the delivery of innovative solutions.
- Providing insights with care – share well-informed guidance that supports confident, inclusive decision-making
- Improving systems mindfully – use thoughtful techniques to understand performance and identify areas for positive change
You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work. You’ll also have:
- A relevant engineering degree, be RPEQ accredited and experience in a wide range of civil engineering disciplines.
- A strong ability to shape thoughtful, effective solutions in infrastructure
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
- A willingness to question the status quo and offer new perspectives
