Enterprise Portfolio Management Specialists (x2)
We’re currently on the lookout for two experienced Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) Specialists to support a major enterprise transformation program within a high-performing, purpose-driven organisation.
These roles will be key to uplifting enterprise delivery maturity and embedding governance, tooling, and benefits realisation across a growing portfolio of change initiatives.
The Roles
We’re currently on the lookout for two experienced Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) Specialists to support a major enterprise transformation program within a high-performing, purpose-driven organisation.
These roles will be key to uplifting enterprise delivery maturity and embedding governance, tooling, and benefits realisation across a growing portfolio of change initiatives.
The Roles
- EPM Specialist – Tooling Focus
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of PPM tools (e.g., MS Project Online, Power BI)
- Develop dashboards, templates, and reporting to support strategic insights
- Align tooling with enterprise governance, reporting, and delivery standards
- EPM Specialist – Benefits Focus
- Design and embed benefits management frameworks across key programs
- Support business case development, value tracking, and post-implementation reviews
- Partner with delivery teams to drive measurable, sustainable outcomes
- Uplift project and portfolio delivery frameworks and governance
- Contribute to enterprise change investment planning and prioritisation
- Support oversight of both IT and business-led initiatives
- Promote consistency, maturity, and alignment across delivery teams
- 7+ years in project delivery, PMO, or EPMO roles
- Strong grasp of governance, Agile/Waterfall delivery, and change frameworks
- Experience across complex, large-scale transformation environments
- Tooling role: Advanced skills in MS Project Online, Power BI, SharePoint
- Benefits role: Experience in benefits management, value realisation, and PIRs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
