We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented contractor to join the Uber Mobility Operations team in ANZ, working closely with the Uber Advertising team. As an Experiential Advertising Operations Manager (EXT), you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of advertising campaigns that come to life for advertisers both within the Uber app and in the real world. These campaigns include in-app customisations, surprise-and-delight ride moments, branded/bespoke events, sampling, and other immersive activations.

Role Duration: 6 Months

Pay rate: $44.42p/h plus super

Shift times: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5


You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams (Ads, Ops, Marketing, Comms, Legal, Product and more) as well as external stakeholders (brands, media agencies, vendors, vehicle fleet partners, OEMs) to deliver high-quality brand experiences. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring process rigor, maintaining brand integrity, and helping advertisers unlock the full value of the Uber platform and audience.


This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role requiring a balance of project management, stakeholder coordination, and problem solving to ensure campaign success.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of experiential advertising campaigns, working closely with the Uber Advertising Creative Studios team and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Own and update project timelines, deliverables trackers, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across all campaign workstreams.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure concepts are feasible, on-brand, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Support the campaign intake process and help assess feasibility, resourcing, and delivery implications for proposed ideas.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics such as driver onboarding, vehicle treatments, in-app setup, client asset approvals, and partner engagement.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across multiple time zones and levels of seniority, escalating blockers where needed.
  • Monitor execution progress and performance tracking to ensure high-quality delivery, and contribute to post-campaign reporting and learnings.
  • Prepare and manage driver and rider communications.
  • Liaise with external brand and agency partners as needed to align on creative assets, execution timelines, and production approvals.


What You’ll Need

  • University degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business/Commerce, Social Science, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience applying analysis to solve business problems (could be through university coursework)
  • Experience in campaign execution, brand activations, project management, or creative production (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, with a structured and process-driven approach.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience using project tracking tools is a plus.
