An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join a dynamic and fast-growing residential builder, known for delivering quality homes and exceptional customer service across Sydney.
In this client-facing role, you’ll play a critical part in the homebuilding journey — managing communications, guiding customers through key stages of the build process, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience from pre-construction to handover. You’ll work closely with internal teams to keep projects moving on schedule while providing timely updates and support to clients throughout their build.

About The Role
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their build
- Guide clients through pre-construction and construction milestones
- Coordinate selections, variations, and approvals in line with timelines
- Liaise with internal teams (estimating, drafting, construction) to ensure timely updates
- Proactively manage communication, addressing client concerns and queries
- Ensure all documentation and CRM records are up to date
- Experience in a Client Liaison/Customer Service role within residential building (project homes or custom homes)
- Strong understanding of the preconstruction process including DA's, CC and CDC's.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with a calm and professional approach
- Up to $95k + Super (depending on experience)
