Your Key Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant-QA At Fabric
The Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for working alongside teams and collaborating with different stakeholders to deliver projects with high quality and confidence. This includes building automation test frameworks, collaborating with BA and Product Owners in Analysis and coaching team members about quality, overall baking quality into the product.

Your Key Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant-QA At Fabric
The Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for working alongside teams and collaborating with different stakeholders to deliver projects with high quality and confidence. This includes building automation test frameworks, collaborating with BA and Product Owners in Analysis and coaching team members about quality, overall baking quality into the product.
Specific Duties Include
- Develop and implement automation test framework for web, API, and mobile applications that seamlessly integrates with CI pipelines.
- Conduct various types of testing including manual testing, API testing, database testing, and performance testing.
- Manage the entire defect lifecycle, from identification and tracking to resolution. Also, handle test data management to ensure accurate and effective testing.
- Take the lead in overseeing the QA process for the project, collaborating with other team members to ensure quality standards are met.
- Create reports on different QA metrics, providing insights and analysis on testing activities to stakeholders.
- Act as an ambassador for Fabric, promoting our values and best practices for building high-quality software.
- Participate in recruitment efforts and engage in community activities to contribute to the growth and development of Fabric.
- Generate thought leadership content relevant to your role to support our marketing department in social media activities and meetups
The skills you would need to be a Senior Quality Analyst:
- Experience in Object-oriented Programming and at least 1 programming language
- 7 to 8 years’ experience writing Automated Tests and building frameworks around it
- Should be able to create and build test plans and strategy, etc
- Experience with latest open-sourced automation and performance testing tools like Playwright, cypress, webdriver, Appium, Gatling
- Experience in automated API testing
- Experience in test data management, test environment management
- Good understanding of quality assurance processes
- Experience with integrating and executing tests with CI pipelines.
- Experience with cloud technologies: AWS or Azure or GCP
- Experience in testing web-services in an automated fashion
- Experience in XML, JSON messages, Postman
- Basic understanding of Dev-ops practices – Docker, K8s, terraform
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- Good collaboration, communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working in an Agile development environment
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
- A variety of business domains to dive into including retail, finance, construction and logistics
- Creating innovative custom products to solve complex problems that existing solutions just can’t

- Ability to switch projects every 6-12 months to keep you challenged, excited and growing
