Your new role
The Payroll Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality payroll operational services and partnering with the external payroll provider to ensure integrated and seamless delivery of payroll operations.

What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven experience working with an outsourced payroll provider to deliver payroll operations
  • Strong experience in payroll processing, leave entitlements and dealing with employee queries
  • Strong working knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, superannuation, and payroll legislation with ideal experience working within the Victorian State Government
  • Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
