Job Description

What’s the role?

The Business Lending Transformation team is accountable for the design, development, and delivery of transformation within the Business Lending line of business. This includes BizEdge, a large scale transformation to build a new digital lending origination platform to reimagine and transform the current customer, banker and broker experience for Business Lending at Westpac.

The Senior Manager Communications and Stakeholder engagement plays a critical role to the success of the team by overseeing the development and execution of the communication strategy for the portfolio, focusing on BizEdge.

What do I need?

  • Tertiary degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Digital Media.
  • Demonstrated Communication experience within a Transformation environment in complex and large-scale organisations.
  • Familiarity with communicating user-based changes to frontline and operations teams, preferably with a focus on new technology.
  • Proficient in supporting Executive Presentations / Board updates / Briefings to communicate program
  • Proven experience in achieving Executive / Leadership communications to promote the program broadly across the organisation – e.g. CEO updates, All Ins, Town Halls and other events.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
