Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in developing and executing cloud architecture strategies to support organizational goals
  • Support and guide the cloud architecture team in technical matters and project execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cloud solutions are in line with business objectives
  • Implement and enforce cloud security and compliance standards and address non-compliance issues
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance cloud infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the team to resolve them
  • Contribute to the documentation and communication of best practices in cloud architecture
  • Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing cloud architecture projects
  • Contributes to the development of cloud architecture best practices

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of experience in cloud architecture
  • Competence in major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Relevant cloud certifications or advanced training
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven success in implementing cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Successful management of complex cloud architecture projects
  • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology

Other Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus
  • Relevant cloud certifications or advanced training a plus
