Join a leading resources business as a Senior Contract Administrator on an initial 6-month contract based in Brisbane’s CBD.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Contract Management, the Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for ensuring the successful execution and performance of complex contract agreements across capital projects.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Contract Management, the Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for ensuring the successful execution and performance of complex contract agreements across capital projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage contract administration and technical support for the Group
- Develop and implement robust systems and processes for the efficient administration of contracts and contractors.
- Provide expert contract administration advice to contract managers and other contract administrators.
- Accountable for keeping accurate and complete records of business activities.
- Analyse contract performance data to generate regular reports to leaders on contract performance, highlighting expenditure and key performance indicators.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, finance and procurement, to ensure alignment between contractual requirements and operational execution.
- Demonstrated experience in Contract Administration/Management in an infrastructure or construction project environment.
- Knowledge and experience in managing capital works contract agreements.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of probity and conflicts of interests.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Law or other relevant discipline will be held in high regard.
