Your contribution:
- You will act as a strategic partner supporting the Leadership in forecasting workforce needs
- You will be involved in Talent Acquisition Strategies by consistently attracting, recruiting and maintaining high-quality staff across all levels of the organization
- You will coordinate and support the onboarding process and provide suggestions for improvement
- You will play a key-support role in the performance review process by tracking timelines, assisting with documentation, and ensuring policy alignment
- You will assist in updating HR policy documents and support communication efforts around HR procedures and compliance
- You will foster a positive culture that aligns with company values and objectives
- You will oversee Payroll, provide HR advice and support to managers and teams
- You will act as a mediator and advisor on employee relations issues
- You will assist in maintaining compliance records and support audits or reviews related to Fair Work legislation and company policy

You will fit well to our squad if:
- You have gained a first foundational experiences in HR roles such as HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar
- You have knowledge of local employment legislation (e.g., the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards) and are motivated to continuously expand your legal and HR knowledge
- You possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
- You are skilled in multitasking and can effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- You demonstrate high emotional intelligence and a collaborative working style that fosters engagement and trust among colleagues and leaders
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to execution
