We are seeking a dynamic Partner Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and developing our Partner portfolio with a strong business understanding, driving innovation and ensuring profitability for both our Partners and Crayon. You will coordinate internal resources for development, sales and deliveries and create strategic plans to support Partner goals.

Other responsibilities will include:  

  • Being the primary contact for Partners with Crayon and responsible for knowing all of Crayon’s delivery areas
  • Developing Partner plans which include a governance model, aiming at the right level with Partner (preferably C-level)
  • Understanding Partner’s business, strategy and challenges as well as secure ongoing initiatives with Partner
  • Responsibility for running and owning the sales and delivery processes with Partners
  • Being proactive and gaining good knowledge of your own market, including competitors and sharing market trends, synergies and news with stakeholders

Your Competencies:  

  • 3+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and hosting environments with solid technical understanding of hybrid and cloud-based solutions
  • Knowledge of software licensing and cloud subscriptions
  • Solid technical understanding of hybrid, public and private cloud

About You:  

  • You are analytical and driven, good at building relationships, networks and trust with IT executives
  • You have a strong understanding of customer’s business and licensing for multiple vendors
  • You thrive on value-based sales and are able to work long-term and strategically by developing broad and good contact areas
