Your Impact

As a Revenue Growth Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing pricing strategies for the Lifestyle and Energy categories in our non-alcohol portfolio. You will influence category growth by developing pack-price architecture strategy, analysing market dynamics, and driving pricing optimisation across multiple channels. Your insights and leadership will directly support category objectives and financial performance, positioning Asahi as a market leader in the non-alc beverage space.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and validation of pricing strategies as part of the annual planning process across Grocery and Away From Home channels.
  • Oversee implementation and review of pricing plans, track price indexation, and assess promotional effectiveness to ensure commercial success.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, manage promotional pricing implications and identify white space opportunities in the market.
  • Partner with category, commercial, and finance teams to align on revenue strategies and deliver compelling pricing recommendations supported by robust insights.
  • Own revenue growth meeting inputs, support integrated business planning (IBP) processes, and ensure the accuracy of external/internal reporting.

About You

You are a commercially savvy and analytically sharp revenue expert who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment. With extensive experience in FMCG and high-level experience in pricing or revenue management, you bring:

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer/shopper insights
  • Proven ability to craft data-led, strategic pricing recommendations
  • Confidence in influencing stakeholders with compelling financial modelling
  • Exceptional problem-solving and presentation skills
  • A degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing
