The scope of the role will include:
- Research and analysis of relevant market intelligence, particularly recent sales, leasing activity and sector trends
- Supporting the creation of financial and valuation models for major industrial and commercial assets, contributing to submissions, presentations, and Information Memorandums
- Assisting in the development of marketing materials and strategies for key client groups
- Using a variety of software tools and online platforms to develop an enhanced understanding of the industrial market, and transforming this data into high-quality visual presentations for both internal team use and client reporting
- Supporting the team in tracking data, identifying potential clients, and managing properties for sale or lease through database systems and insight reporting
- Contributing to the team’s ongoing success by assisting in the pursuit of new business opportunities and maintaining strong internal data records to support long-term client relationships
- Preparing campaign updates and broader market reporting, while supporting the team in the delivery of presentations and meetings
Ideally, the right person for the role will be a recent graduate (or university student close to graduating) with a strong interest in commercial property, investment, or research, and is ready to learn and grow within a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Other requirements include:
- A completed (or near-completed) university degree in Property Economics, Business, Finance or a related field
- Real Estate Licence or Sales Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally
- Strong attention to detail, sound organisational skills, and a proactive attitude
- A genuine interest in the industrial property market and a desire to understand the drivers behind market activity and asset performance
