Roster: 8D/6R7N/7R FIFO ex. Perth
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Mine Engineers to join our plannint teams in Mining Operations. These full time roles are responsible for short term and long term production scheduling and detailed mine design work associated with the delivery of the mine plan to set standards in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Resource based weekly mining schedules of the mining fleet optimised for efficiency and adherence to longer term schedules
- Detailed weekly production drill plans including loading and firing schedules
- Weekly ore blend schedules that adhere to constraints for grade, texture and mining fleet
- Reconciliation of mining schedules to mining plans
- Design and deliver infrastructure designs for schedules and daily site operation(s) in order to optimise the associated resources and maximise the value of the mining business
- Measure adherence to infrastructure designs and provide guidance to mining personnel
- Liaise with mining personnel to ensure adherence to mining schedules and produce detailed mining instructions
- Must be capable of understanding design standards, procedures and mine physicals
- Haulage scheduling, optimisation, waste dump designs and schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering
- Experience gained as a Mining Engineer with significant exposure to production scheduling and design engineering functions
- Knowledge in open pit mining in iron ore
- Effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders with varying technical knowledge
- Practical approach to engineering and design problems
- Computer proficiency (Excel, MS Office, Vulcan, Alastri software (Haul Infinity, ATS, APS)
- Team oriented and strong ability to take initiatives towards continuous improvement
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
