WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join our Enterprise Technology team, part of Bain’s digital capabilities practice. In this multidisciplinary group, you’ll help clients modernize their tech strategy, architecture, and systems—aligning technology with business goals to drive efficiency, agility, and innovation. You’ll develop enterprise-wide solutions, optimize cloud and data architectures, and integrate AI to enable scalable end-to-end digital transformations.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

You’ll advise some of Bain’s largest clients on technology transformation, acting as a domain expert on strategic Enterprise Technology initiatives. Your expertise will span areas like data strategy, enterprise architecture, digital infrastructure, and cloud transformation. You’ll also mentor case teams and contribute to practice development as part of Bain’s growth mission across the APAC region.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and advise on high-impact ET transformation projects.
  • Serve as a thought partner to CIOs, CTOs, and senior executives.
  • Actively contribute to client development efforts and proposal work.
  • Develop internal Bain capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and codifying best practices.
  • Help expand the firm’s ET intellectual property and build its market presence across APAC.


ABOUT YOU – key requirements/must haves for the role

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or ET leadership roles within Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, data strategy, ERP, or digital innovation.
  • Sector experience in Consumer Goods and/or Retail.
  • Proven success engaging with C-level clients and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on leadership style and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Based in Australia or open to relocating.
