About The Role

As the HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring HR processes are smooth, compliant, and people-centric.

This is a standalone HR position where you'll play a key role in shaping the company’s people practices.

  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and induction processes
  • Assist with employment contracts, HR documentation, and compliance
  • Support managers with performance reviews, training, and development
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice to staff and management

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a HR administration or coordination role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Previous experience in construction, trades, or blue-collar industries is highly desirable
  • Must have territory qualifications
