As the HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring HR processes are smooth, compliant, and people-centric.

- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and induction processes
- Assist with employment contracts, HR documentation, and compliance
- Support managers with performance reviews, training, and development
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs
- Provide day-to-day HR advice to staff and management
- 1-3 years of experience in a HR administration or coordination role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Previous experience in construction, trades, or blue-collar industries is highly desirable
- Must have territory qualifications
- Up to $85K + Super (depending on experience)
- Full time position - opportunity for a 4 day week to suit you (pro rata)
