The Role

Are you an experienced Senior Support Engineer with a passion for delivering innovative ICT solutions? Join a dynamic and fast-paced team working on transformative projects that enhance digital and cloud-based services. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving access to critical services through cutting-edge technology.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Maintaining and configuring Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting OmniStudio components, including FlexCards and Omniscripts.
  • Performing system administration tasks, including user management and data integrity monitoring.
  • Deploying changes via an established DevOps framework.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation on processes and configurations.

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years’ experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries, including OmniStudio.
  • Proficiency in OOPs and Apex for debugging and minor enhancements.
  • Hands-on experience with version control, branching, and metadata deployments.
  • Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201 or ADM211) and Platform App Builder.
  • Demonstrable experience providing technical support for Experience Cloud (desirable).
