Contract Site Manager

Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a number of different contract site managers to work with a variety of our clients on fitout or new build projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

As a Contract Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of these projects and many more to come. Whether you are a career contractor or have a gap in perm employment, we would like to speak with you.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site construction team and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage project resources including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Work within budgetary constraints.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform “look-a-heads” and monitor project progress against key milestones.
  
  

Requirements:

• Ability to work autonomously.
• Commitment to the project, start to finish.
• Reliability and the desire to do the right thing and reach PC.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on eithe fitout or new build projects.
