About The Opportunity

You will be working alongside a collaborative team where safety, quality, and teamwork come first. The scope includes bulk earthworks, drainage, road construction, structures, and service relocations, providing a chance to broaden your experience across multiple disciplines.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 6 years experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, with a strong track record in managing complex site operations and technical delivery
- Demonstrated experience on Main Roads WA (MRWA) projects, with a sound understanding of specifications, standards, and stakeholder expectations
- Background in major transport and infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, bridges or similar large scale civil works
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, construction, and client teams
- A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and driving efficient project outcomes
- Salary up to $195,000 (DoE)
