We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our team.
Skills And Experiences
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to clearly explain issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Have familiarity with current Australian Government information assurance requirements, including the Information Security Manual (ISM), NIST CSF2.0 and Essential 8 ML2. And will have experience being responsible for incident response coordination, investigation, and remediation, as well as staying current with the Microsoft roadmap. Day to day you will be responsible for:
About You
About You
You are an experienced support engineer with a track record of Power platform engineering and client focus. You have good communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute effectively to our Managed Services organisation.
You will also possess analytical and problem-solving skills enabling you to be creative and innovative in the support of our clients. You will also seek to continually improve our clients’ environments though evergreen practices and platform evolution.
You will be an Australian Citizen (preferably with existing security clearance).

As an experienced Microsoft Power Platform support Engineer within our Business Applications Practice, you will bring support experience to the technical delivery of enterprise scale solutions into public, hybrid, and secure cloud environments. You will be responsible for working closely with customers to provide a high touch managed services partnership model and ensure a great customer experience.
You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for business-critical applications and workflows, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

- Provide Level 2/3 support for Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain automated workflows, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and enhance existing solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
- Document support procedures, configurations, and known issues.
- Work closely with developers, analysts, and Microsoft support to resolve complex issues.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices.
- Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
- Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
- Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
