Join our team as an Area Manager and play a pivotal role in driving business growth with our esteemed Members and Suppliers. As an Area Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our business within a designated region. Your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and your excellent sales skills will be key to your success. Expect to engage in frequent travel, spending significant time on the road to fulfill your duties and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies in line with Regional Business Plans to boost membership growth and profitable sales.
  • Execute tactics that align with our business plans to drive membership growth.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and economic conditions to make informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of key contacts and associates.
  • Foster strong relationships with Suppliers to uncover opportunities for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to conduct Supplier training as needed.
  • Uphold and demonstrate a strong commitment to Capricorn’s Values and ethos.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or high-level customer service.
  • A background in the automotive industry and a solid understanding of the automotive supply chain.
  • The ability to adapt to changing business requirements and develop effective action plans.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving business success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage at all levels within and outside the organization.
  • A current valid driver’s license issued by the relevant State regulatory authority (essential).
