Split between hands-on recruitment and core HR advisory support, this role offers variety and purpose within a values-led organisation.

Recruitment Support – 60%
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, scheduling and candidate communication
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to coordinate a smooth interview and selection process
- Maintain ATS records and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide advice and support on employee relations issues and case management
- Assist with onboarding and contract preparation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Respond to day-to-day HR queries and provide guidance in line with policy and legislation
- Previous experience in HR advisory roles, ideally within healthcare, NFP or community settings
- Exposure to ER casework and confident providing first-line advice
- Familiarity with relevant Awards – particularly the SCHADS Award
- Experience using HRIS systems (Employment Hero highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference
