The Role

Split between hands-on recruitment and core HR advisory support, this role offers variety and purpose within a values-led organisation.

Key Focus Areas

Recruitment Support – 60%

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, scheduling and candidate communication
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to coordinate a smooth interview and selection process
  • Maintain ATS records and ensure a positive candidate experience

Generalist HR Support – 40%

  • Provide advice and support on employee relations issues and case management
  • Assist with onboarding and contract preparation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Respond to day-to-day HR queries and provide guidance in line with policy and legislation

About You

  • Previous experience in HR advisory roles, ideally within healthcare, NFP or community settings
  • Exposure to ER casework and confident providing first-line advice
  • Familiarity with relevant Awards – particularly the SCHADS Award
  • Experience using HRIS systems (Employment Hero highly regarded)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference
