About The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the strategic link between our Monday.com clients and their long-term success. You'll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders—from end users to C-Suite executives - ensuring adoption, value realisation, and growth opportunities across their portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to build customer relationships, lead value-driven conversations, and help organisations achieve their business goals with Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Facilitate regular client touchpoints such as Executive Business Reviews, cadence calls, and consultations.
  • Assist in client onboarding and deliver tailored platform training sessions.
  • Build trust with key stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

Strategic Value Delivery

  • Identify opportunities to optimise clients’ use of Monday.com through workflow enhancements and platform expansions.
  • Support clients in driving adoption and change management internally.
  • Proactively uncover and communicate new business or upsell opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers.

Content & Community Leadership

  • Host webinars and educational masterclasses to promote best practices and platform features.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights from client success stories.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Development teams to deliver an integrated client experience.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on retention strategies and expansion strategies.

  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish relationships with executives
  • Eager to learn, highly organised, and detail-oriented
  • Understanding of Monday.com or similar platforms is a plus
  • Background in customer success or B2B SaaS is an advantage but not essential.
