Client Engagement & Relationship Management
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the strategic link between our Monday.com clients and their long-term success. You'll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders—from end users to C-Suite executives - ensuring adoption, value realisation, and growth opportunities across their portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to build customer relationships, lead value-driven conversations, and help organisations achieve their business goals with Monday.com.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Facilitate regular client touchpoints such as Executive Business Reviews, cadence calls, and consultations.
- Assist in client onboarding and deliver tailored platform training sessions.
- Build trust with key stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Identify opportunities to optimise clients’ use of Monday.com through workflow enhancements and platform expansions.
- Support clients in driving adoption and change management internally.
- Proactively uncover and communicate new business or upsell opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Host webinars and educational masterclasses to promote best practices and platform features.
- Contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights from client success stories.
- Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Development teams to deliver an integrated client experience.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on retention strategies and expansion strategies.
- A strong communicator who thrives in client-facing roles

- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish relationships with executives
- Eager to learn, highly organised, and detail-oriented
- Understanding of Monday.com or similar platforms is a plus
- Background in customer success or B2B SaaS is an advantage but not essential.
