Associate Brand Manager – Pharmaceuticals 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

At Bayer, we are looking for a dynamic Associate Brand Manager to support the development and execution of innovative multichannel product promotional activities across Australia and New Zealand. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in our brand squad, supporting the creation and execution of impactful campaigns that drive growth and enhance customer experiences

We have a hybrid work environment, 3 days at the Pymble office with access to free onsite, secure parking and close to Pymble train station.

Do something that moves you.

• Campaign Execution & Activation: Collaborate with the product team to create brand plans, implement customer centric marketing campaigns, track progress, and conduct field visits. Assist in developing sales training workshops and patient programs.
• Channel & Content Management: Partner with product teams and Customer Engagement teams to execute multichannel plans, leverage digital strategies, and maintain sales materials. Innovate customer experiences through a multichannel marketing approach.
• Analytics & Insights: Conduct data analysis to measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns, gather feedback, identify trends, and monitor competitor activities to enhance brand strategies.
  
  

Does this sound like you?

• A minimum of 2 years of related sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or 12 months in a related field.
• A Bachelor degree or relevant business training.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of digital engagement channels.
• A self-starter, who has a performance and results orientated mindset
