If you're experienced in managing premium fit-out projects with autonomy and support, this role offers the chance to lead high-end commercial joinery packages from pre-construction through to handover.

You’ll be part of an experienced team that values clear communication, craftsmanship, and doing things properly. Projects are high quality, typically up to $6 million, and include custom joinery, detailed interiors, and technically challenging environments.

This business has recently implemented Innergy, a cloud-based ERP solution tailored for joinery and manufacturing. It streamlines workflows, improves visibility across procurement and production, and makes it easier for the project team to track costs, timelines, and team resources. Thus, Innergy gives the business the systems and support it needs to run jobs efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for program management, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and client liaison, supported by experienced factory and site teams. You’ll manage budgets, track delivery schedules, run project meetings and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

To be successful, you’ll need a background in contract administration/project coordination on similar projects for a joinery company.

Salary is up to $155k, including super. Potential for company car as part of the package.
