The Opportunity

  • Support and work closely with the senior management team to develop and expand the client/talent base
  • Be an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful point of contact for your clients
  • Develop and manage the sponsorship and delivery of projects for your clients, from conception to completion
  • Take the lead in talent/ brand contract negotiations
  • Stay informed and up-to-date with global trends across all social platforms!
  • Support your team and ensure your key stakeholders are always informed/up-to-date
  • Budget forecasting and planning.

You



  • Currently live in Melbourne and have full working rights
  • Have proven experience (at least 3-4 years) working in talent management, either working within the modelling, public relations, talent or influencer management or casting industry
  • Currently work in a Talent Manager role and would love to join a national agency
  • Familiar with using social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch
  • Describe yourself as ambitious, motivated, switched-on and calm under pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Well-networked!
  • Experience using Slack and Google is ideal
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel is preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence
