We are seeking a strategic and person-centred General Manager – Information Security and Governance (CISO) to lead not only the protection of our digital ecosystem—but also help shape our journey into next-generation technology.
You will have national responsibility for our information security and governance functions, safeguarding the data, systems, and digital trust that support life-changing work.
You will also drive our cybersecurity strategy, embed Zero Trust principles, and lead national risk and compliance initiatives.
As part of our commitment to innovation, you'll also play a key role in leveraging new technologies, including AI to modernise our defences and strengthen our digital foundation.

You Will
- Champion a Zero Trust security model and embed it across TSA’s infrastructure
- Implement a cybersecurity strategy that aligns with evolving tech trends and risks
- Oversee audits, compliance, incident response, and operational security delivery
- Guide risk-informed decisions across our technology environment
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure our security posture keeps pace with AI adoption and cloud transformation
- A strategic, future-ready cybersecurity leader with a deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance
